Support in implementation and quality assurance of the new loyalty system.
As part of the cooperation, the B2Bnetwork team conducted comprehensive functional and performance tests of the new loyalty system. We were responsible for the entire testing process and verification of the supplied software from several suppliers. We performed functional and system tests – E2E, which went through a web application, mobile application, CRM class system and the entire back Office. At the end of the project, we conducted comprehensive performance and load tests of each layer of the system under test.
