As part of the cooperation, the B2Bnetwork team conducted comprehensive functional and performance tests of the new loyalty system. We were responsible for the entire testing process and verification of the delivered software from several suppliers. We performed functional and system tests – E2E, which went through a web application, mobile application, CRM class system and the whole back office. At the end of the project we conducted comprehensive performance and load tests of each layer of the tested system.
